Cuve MultiSUB MAXI CLEAVER

Les cuves MultiSUB MAXI peuvent être utilisées pour les techniques de préparation de routine et les techniques à haut débit. Elles conviennent à l'analyse RFLP, aux applications de buvardage, ainsi qu'à l'analyse des banques d'ADN et des fragments PCR.

Le MultiSUB Maxi permet des séparations à très haute résolution sur de longues distances. La taille des plateaux correspond à la taille standard des buvards. Il permet également un transfert facile de l'échantillon sur une membrane pour une analyse plus poussée.

Quatre tailles de plateaux à gel sont disponibles : 20 x 10cm, 20 x 15cm, 20 x 20cm et 20 x 25cm. Les peignes compatibles avec les pipettes multicanaux jusqu'à 40 échantillons permettent de charger rapidement jusqu'à 440 échantillons par gel. 50 peignes disponibles permettent une capacité d'échantillonnage maximale de 550 échantillons par gel.

Les générateurs nanoPAC-300P, nanoPAC-500 ou powerPRO300 sont idéaux pour ce système d'électrophorèse.

Les électrodes, couvercles, câbles, guide de charge, plateau d'observation et bloqueur de gel sont livrés avec l'équipement initial.

Le Flexicaster permet de moduler la taille de gel sans pour autant changer de cuve. Le Flexicaster pour la cuve MS MINI peut être utilisé dans la cuve MSMIDI. Le flexicaster de la cuve MS CHOICE peut être utilisé dans la cuve MS MAXI.
Il existe des blocs refroidisseurs qui s'insèrent dans les cuves, nous consulter.

Les peignes Cleaver possèdent un code couleur en fonction de leur épaisseur.

Noir : épaisseur 0.75 mm pour des besoins de bandes très fines.
Blanc : épaisseur 1 mm, c'est le modèle standard.
Rouge : épaisseur 1.5mm pour les échantillons grands volumes.
Bleu : épaisseur 2mm pour les échantillons grands volumes.
